Funded in 1987, the Department of Advertising aims to help students develop global mindsets for career advancement and success in the field of online and offline strategic planning and design. The Department of Advertising offers two programs, Strategic and Creative Communication and Communication Design. The Strategic and Creative Communication program focuses on data-driven and insight-driven omni-channel communication strategy and creativity. The Communication Design program focuses on design and storytelling across a broad range of media to build brand engagement. Students of Strategic and Creative Communication or Communication Design programs are encouraged to take courses from both programs.
